iPAQ 610 and 610c Business Navigators - FA986AA#AC4, FA990AA#AC4 - Update To Fix the Call Waiting Tone That Mutes an Active C for HP iPAQ 610c Business Navigator Type: Software - Solutions This package fixes the following issue for the HP iPAQ 610 and 610c Business Navigator models and the supported operating system. Two parties are on a call. A third party calls the first party. While the first party hears a call waiting tone, the second party gets temporarily muted. In such a scenario, the second party may assume that the call is disconnected. This softpaq resolves this issue and the call does not get muted. This package updates only the products supporting the following SKU IDs or Product IDs: FA986AA#AC4 and FA990AA#AC4. To find the SKU ID or Product ID on the iPAQ device, tap Start > Settings > System > HP Asset Viewer > System.
